These Terms and Conditions govern participation in speed-dating and social events organized through this website.
The Organizer provides leisure and social event services for adults.
All contracts are concluded electronically. The contract is concluded when the registration has been accepted and payment has been successfully received.
The contract is stored electronically by the Organizer and is not publicly accessible.

1. Eligibility
Participation is limited to persons who are at least 18 years old.
By registering, the participant confirms that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject or cancel registrations containing false or misleading information.
2. Registration
Registration becomes valid only after submission of the registration form, acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, and successful payment confirmation.
Event capacity is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Organizer may refuse registration if participation would be inappropriate, unsafe, or inconsistent with the nature of the event.
3. Pricing and Payment
Participation fees are listed on the website. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely through GoPay.
The Organizer does not collect or store payment card details.
Registration becomes effective only after successful payment confirmation.
4. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Czech consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
Speed-dating and social events offered through this website are leisure services with a specified date.
Therefore, consumers are not entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without reason.
Any refunds are governed by the Cancellation Policy set out below.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to karel.couceiro@gmail.com
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- More than 14 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the event: no refund.
6. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue, adjust the schedule, postpone the event, or cancel the event due to insufficient attendance, operational reasons, safety concerns, or force majeure.
If the Organizer cancels an event, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend an alternative event date.
The Organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with an event cancellation or change.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants must behave respectfully toward all other attendees, staff, venue representatives, and organizers.
The Organizer may immediately remove any participant whose conduct is inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise contrary to these Terms.
Participants removed due to misconduct are not entitled to a refund.
- Harassment is prohibited.
- Threatening or aggressive behaviour is prohibited.
- Discrimination is prohibited.
- Unwanted sexual advances are prohibited.
- Violation of applicable laws is prohibited.
8. Photography and Media
Photographs, videos, and other media recordings may occasionally be taken during events for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
The Organizer will not use identifiable photographs or videos of participants for marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis, including consent where required by applicable data protection laws.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify the Organizer before the event begins.
Where separate consent is requested, participants may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting the Organizer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to respect participants' privacy preferences; however, the Organizer cannot guarantee that a participant will not appear incidentally in group photographs or recordings taken during public portions of an event.
9. Matching Disclaimer
The Organizer facilitates introductions between participants but does not guarantee any specific outcome.
The Organizer does not guarantee a match, future communication, compatibility, friendship, relationship, or any other personal result.
Participants are responsible for their own decisions and interactions during and after the event.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for personal interactions between participants, actions of third parties, loss of personal belongings, indirect damages, consequential damages, or personal decisions made by participants.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Personal Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR legislation.
By registering for an event, participants acknowledge the Privacy Policy available on this website.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, photographs, and other materials remain the property of the Organizer unless otherwise stated.
Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use website content without prior written consent from the Organizer.
13. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Consumers may submit complaints directly to the Organizer using the contact details provided in these Terms.
The competent authority for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Czech versions, the Czech version shall prevail.
